Mackin & Little has a fully functional pre-fabrication shop on its premises. Pre-fabrication has streamlined many of our own construction processes, as well as the overall plumbing, heating, and cooling industries. Implementing fabrication or pre-fab in a project can lead to reduced installation time, labor costs, and material costs. There is also significantly less waste when pre-fab is utilized. Fab/Prefab work in controlled environments also yields high levels of safety for all involved and reduces on site space needs, additional labor, and materials. We have certified welders on-site that can meet the pre-fab needs of any of our customers.
