Mark Mackin and Ralph Little founded Mackin & Little, Inc. in 1987. In 1998 the management team changed and George Renner took Ralph Little’s place. We are a mechanical contractor specializing in industrial piping, commercial plumbing, and wet side heating. Typical projects generally include: fish reclamation, hospitals, universities, hotels, retirement facilities, condominiums, paper mills, aluminum plants, dams, malls, and office buildings.
Mackin & Little is proud to have performed significant industrial work for companies such as Alcoa, Dix Corporation, Olympic Foods, Snyder’s Bakery, Kaiser Aluminum, Avista, and Potlatch Corporation. We are currently licensed in five states – Washington, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and California – and are looking forward to soon being licensed Alaska as well.
Mark Mackin and George Renner have worked hard to make Mackin & Little a household name in the Northwest construction industry and have built a solid reputation for hard work and successful projects. We credit our success to the atmosphere of teamwork and camaraderie, both at the office and in the field. The 50+ employees, from the foremen to the apprentices to the office staff to the estimators and project managers, all work together to accomplish the common goals of the company. The teamwork does not stop at just our company, though; we recognize the importance in teamwork stretching from owners to general contractors to subcontractors and everyone else that is involved in producing a successful project.
Mackin & Little knows what it takes to survive and is making the necessary changes in order to continue to grow and prosper. We strive to build strong customer/client relationships, produce quality craftsmanship, and meet job schedules in a timely manner, because we recognize that these things are the keys to success.
Mackin & Little thrives on challenging opportunities and welcomes any chance to prove our competence and commitment to excellence.
